Vienna

Abbiamo trascorso in questo stupendo appartamento la settimana di Pasqua 2014. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima a due fermate della metropolitana e anche a breve distanza dal centro se si vuole fare una passeggiata di 15-20 minuti.
Il supermercato è dietro l'angolo e la vista sul Danubio è davvero carina. Lo stabile è silenzioso e non si sente nessun rumore dalla strada.
L'appartamento è tenuto alla perfezione, pulitissimo e dotato di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più, dal microonde alla lavastoviglie, dall'asciugatrice all'asciugacapelli.
Noi avevamo un bimbo di 19 mesi che è stato accolto come fosse a casa sua, con lettino, seggiolone e persino una scatola dei giochi e libri per bambini.
Mr Heil è una persona deliziosa, disponibilissimo, gentile, preciso e puntuale.
Non potrei consigliare una sistemazione migliore per visitare questa stupenda città. Se torneremo a Vienna, questo appartamento sarà di certo la nostra unica scelta.

Thank you for assisting us to enjoy a very pleasant 8 days in Vienna by allowing us to enjoy your exceptionally well-located, bright, and well-maintained apartment. Its user amenities also greatly added to our comfort including computer terminal, washing machine/ drier, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. It was also very handy to have a local supermarket just around the corner ... and to be less than half a block from the ring tram which services all parts of the inner-city. We found most of Vienna’s many attractions were within comfortable walking distance .... or easily reachable by the fast and efficient subway system. Thank you also for your warm welcome on our arrival and for your prompt and helpful responses to our queries and requests for assistance ... as well as your very informative website about local services and attractions.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and will readily endorse your very comfortable apartment to our friends and other overseas travellers who want to experience what Vienna has to offer in close proximity to the central city. We also hope to return ourselves some day in the not too distant future.

Wir haben Anfang November 2011 3 Nächte in diesem Apartment verbracht. Es war ein Super Aufenthalt. Herr Heill ist sehr nett und freundlich, alles hat geklappt. Das Apartment hat eine sehr günstige Lage, das Zentrum mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuss erreichen. Man kann in der Nähe im Stadtpark oder dem Donaukanal entlang spazieren. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komplett, das Apartment ist geräumig und ruhig, trotz dem Verkehr aussen. Wir werden es jeder empfehlen.
